Credits power renders and purchases. Learn how balance, packages, coupons and refunds work.
Credits are seconds
1 credit = 1 second of rendered video. A 30-second video costs 30 credits. Your balance is shown in the top navigation and on the credits page.
Buying credits
Packages are available in Starter, Popular and Best Value tiers. We support multiple payment methods — whichever methods are enabled on the credits page at checkout.
Coupons
If you have a coupon code, enter it on the credits page before purchasing. Discount and affiliate coupons are applied server-side at checkout.
Refunds
If a purchase failed or a render consumed credits without producing a video, contact support within 14 days and we'll review your case. See the Terms of Use for full details.
